In Memory of Ronald Campbell
Ronald George Campbell, 78, died Saturday, March 24, 2012, due to complications from a stroke. Born in Montreal on July 10th, 1933 to Mary Williams and Charles Campbell, Ron worked for more than 60 years as an Institutional Trader in many of Montreal’s most prestigious brokerage houses. He was well known and respected throughout the industry as an honest, hardworking man. He coached Little League baseball in Lachine, and for years, played at continuously trying to improve his golf game!!
He is survived by his life partner Linda Diamond Shaw; his children Gail (Charles), Derek (Donna), and Geoffrey; their children Mitchell (Christina), Jeremy, Matthew and Ryan; his step children David, Susie (Miguel), and Tommy (Shannon) as well as his step granddaughters Ally (Diego), Soffee and Jessie, and son‐in‐law,Bernie.
Our families would like to acknowledge the warm and thoughtful help from the staff at Manoir Champlain. Their skill, care and concern added to the quality of Ron’s life.
